City Boy lives and works at the City Hall of Cannon Beach offices in Cannon Beach, Oregon. He shares his duties with BureauCat (also called City Kitty). City Boy stated coming around the offices in the summer of 2000, looking for food. He was about 1 or 1 1/2 years old at the time. He had an owner in the area who went on a long trip and left him in the care of her boyfriend. City Boy (then named "Cumin", because of his coloring) decided he preferred City Hall to the boyfriend. His favorite things to do now are to sleep in his basket in the sunshine or sit on people's work chairs... especially when he is wet or muddy!
