BureauCat, also known as "City Kitty" or "Sally", lives at City Hall in Cannon Beach, Oregon with City Boy. She is an old kitty, having been born sometime around 1987 or 1988. She likes to hang out in the back of City Hall. BureauCat has very changeable moods. One minute she can be nice, the next, she's swatting at you. The swallows in the area don't take her very seriously... they dive-bomb her! She and City Boy don't get along very well. Maybe it has something to do with City Boy liking to pounce on BureauCat while she sleeps!
