Ms. Madison
Indianapolis, Indiana

Ms. Madison works at Word Publishing with her friend Ms. Lila. She arrived in 2001. "We rescued her from Ocala Florida when she was barely 6 weeks old. Kitty Kitty as she was affectionately called by the 2 and 3 year-olds of the family we got her from, was being ill-treated by the same 2 and 3 year-olds. Not anything abnormal for children of that age, but the parents were afraid they might accidentally hurt her. So they asked us to adopt her, and we did. With in a few days she had her shots and a doctor's certificate to fly home with us. I should also mention that Ms. Madison (also known as the Manxlet) is a Manx cat from the Isle of Man, just off the Western Coast of England. She has big Back Legs and a Stub of a tail. She hops like a Bunny and runs almost as fast as lightning. She looks sort of like the FTD Florist symbol when she runs as she points her ears back resembling wings. Both our "girlz" (as we refer to them) receive lots of love and attention from both of us including anyone visiting the office to drop off ads or place order for our publications. Anyone reading about our girlz and would like to submit a gossip item they may write to them directly at chat@midwestword.com. Story and pictures sent in by Ivan Howard of Indianapolis, Indiana.
